# Return & Refund Policy



Thank you for shopping with **AURARIZE Clothing**. We want you to have a smooth and clear experience, so please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

* The product received is **defective**, **damaged**, or **incorrect**.
* Return request is raised within **2 days of delivery**.
* The item must be **unused, unwashed, and in original condition** with tags intact.

We **do not** accept returns if:

* The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
* The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
* The product was purchased during a special sale or clearance.

## 2. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us on email/phone/Instagram within 2 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back.

**Note:** If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you may need to self-ship the item to us.

## 3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

* We receive the returned product and verify the issue.
* The return reason is valid (defective/damaged/wrong item).

### Refund Mode

* Refunds are processed to the **original payment method** or **bank account/UPI** shared by you.
* Refund may take **10-15 business days** after approval.
### Non-Refundable Situations

* Size exchange unavailability
* Customer error while placing order
* Delays caused by courier partners
* Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

## 4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges **only for defects or wrong product sent**.

* if you've ordered a wrong size, you've to self-ship the product to us

If your requested size is out of stock:

* You may choose a different product of the same value, or
* Receive a refund if eligible.

## 5. Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled **within 1 hour of placing the order**.
After the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

## 6. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If the package looks tampered or damaged at delivery:

* **Do not accept the package** or
* Record an unboxing video before opening

This helps us process your claim quickly.
